Update on 20 Front Street Concert- A Great Venue to see Stefano Barone

Dear Friends of MFGS

Spring is upon us.  Come on out to one of the nicest venues in the Midwest;

20 Front Street!

They have a cafe with nice snacks and Kambucha along with Ray's ice cream

and of course on this Friday April 13th they have

from Rome Italy - Stefano Barone

at 20 Front Street this Friday, April 13th

wsg Stuart and OldSkool Sunny.

Address is the same as the venue

20 Front Street in Lake Orion -  248-783-7105

Tickets are $18 and available online

  or at the door.

There has been a time change in his appearance;

Show starts at 8pm - Doors are at 7:30

As more film directors hear his music you will see his name in the credits of future movies!

Wouldn't it be nice to say you saw him when he was at 20 Front Street in 2018!!

Barone has just completed a good portion of his tour performing in the Upper Peninsula, Petoskey, Livonia and Lansing along with a masterclass at the Interlochen Center for the Arts. Currently he is in Milwaukee hosting a masterclass for the students of 'Peck School of the Arts'

Barone's performances interweave his own compositions such as 'The Cure' and 'Us' in-between re-arrangments of Bjork's 'Human Behavior' and Philip Glass's 'Facades'  The response to his performances has been overwhelming with offers to use his music in films and appearances at festivals.

Having performed for years as a world class acoustic guitarist Stefano has embarked upon a very exploratory  approach to his compositions.  The music that he wants to create takes more than a guitar.   With the use of a multitrack machine and a 10 and 6 stringed guitar and an adaption to change one guitar into a modified cello.

Here is a brief  a powerfully haunting piece called  'The Cure'

20 Front Street!

We hope to see you there!
